LOLLY IN THE LOFT?

Now’s the time to start searching for antiques in your attic, house, or even your shed and garage, for you could soon be in for a surprise Autumn windfall!

Experts from the famous auction house Bonhams are inviting people to a charity antiques valuation day. Each item can be valued for only £2 with proceeds being donated to Feed The Children (UK).

The antiques valuation day is on Wednesday 27th October from 10am – 12.30pm at Sonning Common Village Hall, Wood Lane, Sonning Common, RG4 9SL.

Feed The Children volunteer organiser Sue Nickson says, “We did so well last year with lots of people coming to the event that we just had to hold another one this year. Bonhams are world famous, so it’s a great opportunity to find out what that treasured possession is really worth and help Feed The Children at the same time. We’ll also be serving refreshments, holding a raffle and selling Christmas cards.”
